For the first time in 533 days, Zion Williamson will appear in a regular season NBA game when the New Orleans Pelicans and Brooklyn Nets do battle in New York City tonight.

As for what to expect from one of the most dynamic players in the league, we’ll just have to find out, at least that’s part of the approach the Nets are taking.

“Well, I think we’ve all seen enough of Zion to know the talent and strengths, obviously, that he brings to the floor every night,” Steve Nash said in pregame. “You’re kind of aware; at the same time you have to go see what he’s got and how he’s playing and how he’s feeling, but we’re definitely expecting for him to be flying out there and to put pressure on us.”

Nash did go on to praise Willie Green and the depth and the construction of this roster.

During Willie Green’s pregame media session, the head coach announced that none of his players will be on a minutes restriction. That’s music to all our ears.
