The New Orleans Pelicans will be without their biggest man for their matchup against Rudy Gobert, Derrick Favors and the Utah Jazz.
Jahlil Okafor, once again, is dealing with a right ankle sprain. Thus, Anthony Davis (who has been battling the flu the last few days but will play), Julius Randle and Cheick Diallo are going to have to hold down the fort against Utah’s impressive size.

In addition to the battles in the paint, another key will be the Pelicans defense — aka Jrue Holiday — on Donovan Mitchell. Since the calendar flipped to 2019, Utah’s second-year star is averaging 27.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.7 threes. He’s been on an absolute tear and is one of the biggest reasons the Jazz have posted the fourth best record (18-7) during that span.
