The New Orleans Pelicans will welcome the Indiana Pacers on Monday evening, and Jrue Holiday will square up against his rookie brother Aaron Holiday for the first time in his career, but all anybody wants to talk about, of course, is Anthony Davis.
During a pregame media session, head coach Alvin Gentry stated that Davis has been cleared to practice with the team, but he refused to divulge on whether we will see AD appear in any future games for the Pelicans.
Gentry flatly said, “I don’t make those decisions. I was told that he’s cleared to practice. That’s what I know.”
As for the rest of the key guys who have been out, they will continue to remain on the sidelines although Gentry did say that a few are inching closer to their returns.
