The Pelicans have beaten the Phoenix Suns already once this season, but there’s nothing they would like more than notching another victory. New Orleans is currently on a six-game slide, this after winning five of seven to give rise to hope that the team had turned some corner.

One bit of good news announced minutes ago, Alvin Gentry expects to have the services of Kenrich Williams tonight after he missed games to a sprained an ankle and welcoming his child into his world with his girlfriend.

No other player on New Orleans roster exerts as much energy into every single possession as Kenny Hustle, keeping plays alive and coming up with momentum-changing plays. In addition, he should help the Pelicans immensely on the glass; however, if he does see game action, it will be off the bench as the starting lineup remains Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick, Jrue Holiday, Brandon Ingram and Jaxson Hayes.

Derrick Favors remains out for personal reasons following the death of his mother.

Aron Baynes, who has missed seven of the last eight contests for Phoenix, will sit out for Monty Williams’ Suns.
