If there was ever a time the league office thought about experimenting with wildly new uniform fabrics — say utilizing some good old-fashioned bubblewrap, there’s really no better time than the present.
We’re 27 days into the regular season and yet the New Orleans Pelicans could potentially be without nine of their 15 regular members of the roster against the Golden State Warriors tonight. Things have gotten so bad that the team’s PR department has resorted to taking screenshots again.

Unfortunately for GSW fans, they know the Pelicans pain all too well this season.
Warriors players have missed a combined 75 games due to injury this season. No other NBA team has has had players miss more than a combined 38.

There’s a good chance that Klay Thompson will not appear in a game all season. Stephen Curry lasted all of four games before breaking his left hand. D’Angelo Russell is on the shelf for at least the next couple of weeks. Need I continue?
