2017 NBA draft live: Pick-by-pick tracker

Who are the New Orleans Pelicans going to pair up alongside Anthony Davis???

We’re finally just hours away from putting the 2017 NBA Draft into the record books, including being able to write in several names at the two picks owned by New Orleans Pelicans at 40 and 52 overall.

It’s no secret: Since the DeMarcus Cousins trade, the Pelicans have been in the market to upgrade around the perimeter, namely adding several more adept shooters to the squad. Most published mock drafts have followed suit by linking various guards and small forwards to New Orleans.

Will the Pelicans stay their expected course, or will Dell Demps zag when everyone is expecting him to zig? Whose names do you want to hear announced coming to New Orleans?

In addition to all the chatter relating to the Crescent City, please feel free to talk about any of the other selections. If we’re lucky, we’ll not only witness plenty of surprising picks and the unfortunate souls who unexpectedly fall but also a trade or two.

Happy Draft Day to all... I hope!
