Boogie couldn't hang late, and the Pelicans get win No. 24.

Norris Cole started the game hot, scoring 14 points off six of nine shooting from the field and three assists. Kings forward Demarcus Cousins abused the Pelicans bigs early, scoring 13 points in the period.

Boogie continued his dominance throughout the half, scoring 23 points along with snagging nine boards. Cousins finished with 40 points, and 16 rebounds.

Anthony Davis led a commanding comeback in the second half, scoring 17 points in the third quarter, which helped shrink the Kings 17-point lead to just 6 at the start of the fourth quarter.

In an offensive flurry to start the fourth quarter, Jrue Holiday capped off a 6-0 run to tie it up at 89 with 8:39 to play in the fourth. Following some back and forth action by both teams, Dante Cunningham was able to reclaim the lead at 111-110 with 35.9 seconds remaining, drilling a corner three after a nice find by Norris Cole.

Jrue Holiday ended up putting the game away with 12.8 seconds remaining with a pull up jumper, and sealed it with a last second steal. Holiday finished with 20 points. and 10 assists and Davis finished with 31 points, 10 rebounds and three steals.
