The Pelicans have kicked off the 2016-17 season with 4 straight losses and fans and players alike are antsy for a win. Too bad they face a Memphis Grizzlies team tonight that swept them last season, winning four games in all.
Additionally, Marc Gasol and Mike Conley should be well-rested, having not appeared in a game since this past Sunday. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis and crew suffered through another loss less than 24 hours ago so they’ll also be dealing with a disturbing mix of fatigue and disappointment.
The darkest hour is just before dawn, we hope?
