As Joseph recently mentioned in an article, Tyreke Evans started a 30 day workout plan back on June 16th. During the course of the 4 weeks, there was noticeable change to his physique. Tyreke went from looking like this a few weeks after the conclusion of the 2015 season:

Earlier today, however, Evans posted another picture on his Instagram account, and this time he looks even trimmer, almost smaller.
It's apparent Evans is more ready than ever to run by opponents, not through them. That's great for the track meet the Pelicans are planning to run at least 82 times in 2016, but it makes one wonder if Evans days at small forward from a defensive standpoint are over.
