New Orleans Pelicans live stream of practice today

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

The New Orleans Pelicans are holding training camp this week in West Virginia at The Greenbrier. Does that mean you cannot see what's going on? Of course not! Welcome to the digital age  here the Pelicans will live stream practice today from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on their website. This is the link you need.

It will be the second practice of the day so do not be surprised if Jrue Holiday does not participate. Other health related players to watch are Alexis Ajinca (achilles), Omer Asik (back), and Quincy Pondexter (knee). Thus far we do not know if this will be a scrimmage or just drills.

Hopefully we'll get a peek at the increased pace of play along with a dose of Anthony Davis behind the arc. It's always difficult to measure success in an intrasquad scrimmage; every success on offense is also a failure on defense.

Afterwards the Alvin Gentry Show debuts tonight at 7 p.m. on WRNO, 99.5 FM.
