Once again, the Pelicans ended up on the wrong side of a lopsided score, 120-100. Anthony Davis put up 26 points despite a shot to the eye that sent him to the bench in the 3rd quarter. Luke Babbitt started hot, making 3 of 3 from the three-point line in the 1st quarter, and finished with 12 points and 3 rebounds. Ryan Anderson made 50% of his attempts for 16 points.

Meanwhile, Jrue Holiday was extremely quiet as he chipped in a mere 7 points on 7 shots. Evans had trouble finding the mark again with a 5 of 13 performance. In his debut, Gal Mekel was as advertised: made some solid passes but couldn't find the bottom of the net.

Stay tuned for the recap a bit later folks, but in the meantime, feel free to vent all of your frustrations below.
