Performance Rankings: Pelicans vs. Jazz

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

It wasn't pretty, but the Pelicans mounted a strong comeback in the 4th quarter and eked out a win against the Utah Jazz. While the defense was putrid throughout most of the night, the offense sparkled. Anthony Davis led the way with 31 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks. Ryan Anderson poured in 28 points, but the Pelicans streak of 2 players scoring 30+ ends at 3 games.

Austin Rivers and the bench in general provided a nice spark tonight. Deservingly, three reserves played 20+ minutes and the entire bench scored 52 points. Nice job guys.

David will have your recap shortly, but in the meantime, feel free to slam the effort and defense in the first 3 quarters.
