Pelicans Trade Nerlens Noel, 2014 First Rounder for Jrue Holiday

After taking Nerlens Noel with the 6th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, the New Orleans Pelicans have traded Noel to the Philadelphia 76ers along with a 2014 1st round pick for point guard Jrue Holiday.

It's currently unclear exactly what the protections on that pick will be; 2014 is expected to be one of the strongest in recent memory. Chris Broussard reports that the pick has protection only from spots 1 to 3. Marc Stein reports that it's protected from 1 to 5.
