Hornets Pass The Trade Deadline Quietly

All quiet on the New Orleans front today. It's possible we may see something come out late (Chris Sheridan reports that 7 trades are currently in queue at the league office right now).

If you missed it, Sam Presti turned Oklahoma City into a contender by acquiring Kendrick Perkins from Boston and Nazr Mohammed.

In terms of our potential targets, Gerald Wallace went to Portland for two first rounders and Joel Pzyrzybilla, Richard Hamilton was almost traded to Cleveland and will not be bought out by Detroit, Troy Murphy will be bought out by Golden State and is expected to land in Boston or Orlando, and the Nuggets did not want to move J.R. Smith at the deadline.
