Hey y'all, some of you know me best as a rambling Tyreke fan who is rooting for the Pel's on occasion. In truth, I'm just a Kings fan who really likes a lot of the Pelicans players (Tyreke included of course). If asked, I'm not sure if there's a worse injury in all of the league than Ryan Anderson, and I'm definitely sure the dumbest freak injury of the season is Jrue Holiday's leg injury. (As in, it's really dumb Jrue broke his leg. Jrue is not dumb for breaking his leg. Let's be clear.) Oh, and every time I see another stat line of Anthony Davis', it makes me wonder how great his game really was. (I usually err on the side of it was "awesome without a doubt.")
However, the main reason I'm writing this is I'm hoping for a couple of suggestions and helpful tips. I'm already staying in a hostel (that should be interesting), but I was curious if there are any good places to eat that will make me crap fire or anything like that. If that's the case, I want to eat there. I haven't had quality spicy food in awhile (and I have no excuse--I live in California after all).
The other main reason for writing this post is that I haven't bought tickets yet, and I'm curious as to what parts of the Smoothie King Arena (my favorite arena name by far---smoothies---mmmmm) I should sit in? I'm figuring there's at least one person who can give me quality advice that looking at ticketmaster will not offer me.
At any rate, I appreciate the advice in advance, and
hope to have a great looking forward to a kick-ass time in Nawlinz! (I can say that. I have a t-shirt I bought off Bourbon Street a long time ago that has it printed on it.)
Go, umm, Kings. And Pelicans after Monday night's game. Or something like that.
