- Luke Babbitt practiced with the team yesterday and there is a good chance he'll get into the game tonight, especially if Tyreke Evans can't go. Over at Pelicans.com, there is a good read about him.
- Yesterday, David Fisher had an interesting twitter exchange with Leigh Ellis of the NBAtv show The Starters. Basically, he was calling out Anthony Davis for allowing Tony Parker to get a number of uncontested shots in the paint on Monday (yep, who cares if Bonner sits wide open in the corner.) Why oh why do the media continue to blame Davis and fail to see the bigger picture? We've beaten the horse dead 157 times that Monty Williams schemes are the much bigger problem. Good teams have been and will continue to take advantage of matchups and move Davis away from the paint area. The solution isn't for Davis to leave his man and go rogue (aptly put by David), rather Monty NEEDS to make the ADJUSTMENT. We'd write it for 158th time, if we think it'd do any good.
